Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused components in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to TBS

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the parts are in resellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
